Abstract :
The reliability of power supply is deeply affected by the grid neutral grounding mode and the voltage level. This paper explains basic theories, mode and rules of neutral grounding, then summaries the necessity of arc-suppression coil changing because of 66kV grid transmission line expanding and how to achieve scientific and reasonable tuning principle.
