Abstract :
English is more and more popular in China and thus English learning is very important for Chinese youth, especially for Chinese student. However it is difficult for Chinese to master English very well using the traditionally teaching methods. To improve the learning efficiency, we design an English learning system based on mobile technology, which makes the study interesting. Using the system, the learner can increase the vocabulary, train the speaking English and feel free to talk with other learner online at anytime and anywhere based on the learner´s environment.
