  • Abstract
    This paper proposed the method that AC power transformed DC power of dynamic braking by three-phase bridge type diode rectifier and step-down chopping, it mainly applied to three-phase asynchronous motor dynamic braking on the occasion that requiring smooth braking and frequent starting and braking. This paper briefly expounded the principle of three-phase asynchronous motor dynamic braking and three phase bridge type diode rectifier and step-down chopping, and simulated the new method by MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The result verified the feasibility of the method, and provided the basis for the hardware circuit design.
