Abstract :
The competition between enterprise will rise to service competition in the era of network economy. The enterprise of E-commerce must construct personalized service model in order to provide accurate, deepen service for customers. The Web Mining provide more accurate service which enhance the customer loyalty through data collection, data preprocessing, establishing model and model analysis so as to understand the behavior of user.
