Abstract :
In this study We investigate the learners in School of Network Education of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (ab. BUPTNU) and Tianjin Radio and Television University (ab. TJRTVU). We make use of methods of questionnaire investigation, interviewing, observing and literature research to reveal the status that learners take part in online tutorial and the factors affecting them. Through one year´s investigation and analysis, I find the many conclusions, such as the lag in network infrastructure is still the bottleneck of online tutorial in China, etc.
