Abstract :
We present the pilot-aided phase compensator (PC) at receiver to compensate phase drift due to laser linewidth for 100 Gb/s polarization division multiplexing coherent optical OFDM (PDM-CO-OFDM) system. Simulating results are shown that PC is very effective and the improvement of Q is >;5 dB for 800 km link with 100 kHz-linewidth.
