Analyzing theory characteristic and studying application mode about mobile learning

As a new informal learning mode, mobile learning can meet learners learning need at anywhere, anytime ,at the same time it can adapt to learner´s lifelong learning demand. Based on the introduction of mobile learning definition and characteristics, the author analyzed the characteristics of mobile learning theory, put forward a new mobile learning application model which combining the feature of learning targets with user demand are suitable for mobile learning application model .Flower planting training for example are expatiated, and also discusses the restriction mobile learning application and development of influencing factors. This research can provide new ideas for mobile learning theory research workers, provide new schemas for mobile learning application workers, and provide reference for mobile learning applies in other fields.
