Study the three axis motion state of a three-axis rotating Micro-mechanical vibrating gyroscope, the gyro have only one sensitive quality, can sensitize the three axial angular velocity of the rotating carrier at the sane time. Through the theory, in the case of gyro´s spin angular velocity presence and pitch or yaw angular velocity worked, the gyro´s output signal characteristics has been analysed, especialy in the case of rotating carrier have pitch and yaw angular velocity, gyro output signal´s frequency components are composed by spin frequency and pitch and yaw angular velocity´s frequence. Through the three axis turntable experiment, theoretical results are confirmed.
