  • Abstract
    Personal absorptive capacity of knowledge is basic foundation for knowledge creation and transfer. The Community of Practice (CoP) is the engine of knowledge creation. In this paper, we analyzed the relationship among SECI model, Personal absorptive capacity of knowledge, and CoP. We also bring forward the conceptual model of Personal absorptive capacity of knowledge based on the CoP.
