Abstract :
The application of Web 2.0 technologies has a great impact on the development of teaching, learning and research in higher education. Netvibes is such technology that helps develop a learning ecosystem in higher education. Based on theories of constructivism and connectivism, the paper mainly discusses how to develop learning ecosystems enabled by Netvibes to serve teaching, learning and research in higher education. The steps in building up the learning ecosystem include analysis, design, development and evaluation.
