Abstract :
After having evinced the advantages which may be derived from the use of lumped elements in a coplanar configuration, lumped or semi-lumped coplanar microwave filters with infinite attenuation peaks are described. For this purpose, the behaviour of lumped inductors produced in the centre of the nain conductor of a coplanar line is studied and the performance and alignment procedures are detailed for various filters, in particular : - Lumped-element hich-pass filters working up to 12 GHz. - Semi-lumped elerrent low-pass filters.
