Abstract
In this paper, a novel approach to derive the mean, variance, and higher order central moments of reverse link inter-cell interference in cellular CDMA systems is proposed. As compared to previous research publications, this new approach does no put any restriction on the receiving power of mobile users, so it can be used to analyze the reverse link inter-cell interference not only for cellular CDMA systems with equal receiving power and deterministic power disparities, but also for those with random power disparities.
