Abstract :
The rapid development and wide application of information technology has had a significant influence on the development of colleges and universities. Fundamental changes have taken place in the management, teaching methods, evaluation methods, teaching efficiency and training models of colleges and universities and these changes are significant to cultivating new talents at the information age. Meanwhile, development of information technology also provides updated requirements on development of colleges and universities.
