Abstract :
At present there am several proposals for magnet lattices suitable for the standard and monochromatization regimes for a tau-charm factory. The main features of the design using a versatile lattice are discussed. Beam and machine parameters and a short description of some factory systems are presented to illustrate the design feasibility
