Abstract :
The authors describe an NSF sponsored collaboration between a research university and a minority institution which can serve the best educational interest of both institutions. They focused on their own particular strategy to implement such collaboration, utilizing the experience and resources of the research university, modern telecommunication technology and the overwhelming enthusiasm of the minority institution faculty and students.
