A study on organization informal learning model based on mobile learning

This paper constructed organization informal learning model based on mobile learning, studied the whole process of organization of informal learning from three aspects: informal learning from the organization outside, informal learning within the organization and the new knowledge from outside to inside of the organization, emphasized on type and characteristics of information interactive tools and mobile learning terminal.
