Abstract
The advantages of the problem-based learning mode which was used in the personnel training of information technology was introduced. And its´ specific process was described in details. The influence factors of PBL teaching effect were analyzed. The solutions which were based on information and communication technology (ICT) were raised to improve the effect. In practice, according to a variety of conditions, the ICT application methods were described in the problem-based learning.
