Investigation on principals leadership of educational technology in elementary and secondary school

Principal leadership is a multi-dimension conception, educational technology leadership is a new direction to adapt school development for principal in information age, Which turn into one of the important factors in e-education and school development. By stratified sampling and with the Likert scale, This study analyse the actuality and level of educational technology leadership of principal in the process of e-education, and explore the distribution of educational technology leadership from five dimension. The results shows that education technology leadership of principal is the secondary level in the region e-education, which is difficult to meet the need of e-education development in school. And there are much difference among five dimensions. This study can provide a particular and empirical evidence for the basic e-education, at the same time a direction for principals development.
