In this paper, it designs a measuring system of bearing thickness which is based on the four elements of the measuring system. It´s using v-shaped blocks to achieve high-precision semi-automatic positioning of the bearing. It is using differential inductive sensor for measurement, the signal has processed by AD698 firstly, then through analog-to-digital conversion, the signal input into SCM, SCM control the system, after calculating the input signal, LCD displays the measurement results, and measurement data will be stored by the USB protocol to USB flash disk at the same time. This bearing thickness detection system has high degree of accuracy, low cost and suited to workshop casual inspection.
