Abstract :
Good program development should support and benefit from faculty course innovations. The Course Development Matrix (CDM) is a data collection and analysis tool designed to integrate course planning and innovation into program development. It documents how courses actually address program goals while efficiently locating some of the most critical areas for determining program success.
