            Abstract : 
This paper designs a new L1 adaptive controller based on neural network technique for a class of nonlinear systems, which not only contain the matched uncertainty but also the unmatched uncertainty. This new controller ensures both the stability of the closed-loop system and the uniform boundedness of its transient performance. Finally, simulations give some illustrations and comparisons.
