Abstract :
The performance of thermal power plant fly ash conveying system depends largely on its control system performance. The control strategy of the backward and control scheme is not reasonable will constrain the conveyance of the dust the normal operation of the system, which affects the normal operation of the power production. Based on a power plant unit 2 25Mw control ash system performance requirements, using a common PLC and IPC completed a positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash dual-redundant control system development and design to improve the stability of system operation and reduce system development cost, economically and application has certain promotional.
