Abstract :
We have demonstrated a passive Q-switched Er:glass laser with a Co2+:LaMgAl11O19(Co:LMA) saturable absorber. The absorption spectrum of Co:LMA was studied. Q-switched single pulse and double pulses were observed under different pumping energies.
