Abstract :
The investment in real estates is a high income and the high risk coexisting investment activity. If cannot consider fully all sorts of risk factor to the entire investment plan´s influence, it will usually present the decision error. In view of the research methods for the previous shortage of investment risk, we propose a risk assignment model which bases on the ant colony algorithm. The example result shows that the risk assignment model based on ant colony algorithm is effective, and this algorithm convergence rate is quick, then it has the promotion application value.
