Abstract :
An efficient and accurate desktop computer model for radial integrated microwave circuits is presented. This model uses the near field approximation encountered in the antenna theory by considering the particular mode spectrum of the radial waveguide. Load impedances obtained from this program are compared with experimental ones. Then, this method is applied to the design of optimized integrated oscillator in the millimeter wave range.
