Abstract :
Based on the analysis of theories and study on the case, the paper systematically elaborates on the framework for the assessment of blended learning which includes concepts, modes, methods, process and tools. Adopting the Training Project of Enhancing Teachers¿ ICT Competence in Shenzhen City as a case, it expounds the application of assessment framework.
