Abstract :
New reciprocal ferrite and semi-conductor phase shifters in 4 millimeter wavelengths are described. The experimental works indicate a figure of merit of about 90 degrees/dB for the ferrite device and about 35 degrees/dB for the semi conductor device. Theoretical and experimental results are presented.
