Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

For the dynamic password scheme, it is found that there is spoofing attack and the key length of ElGamal algorithm adopted by the scheme will increased rapid with the increase of intensity. This paper decided to use elliptic curve cryptosystem instead of the original and analyses the root cause of the server forgery attack. In this paper, first given the original proposal and then analyses its problems. Finally, the new scheme and its analysis are given.
