This paper proposes information exchange model based on the XML technology, establishes the exchange of information integration platform under the Internet / Intranet environment by taking advantage of XML document as the carrier of low level information exchange, and also develops the corresponding software components, providing with an efficient means to realize the integration of information between Heterogeneous Database systems at a low cost. This method obtained the practical application in the data integration and exchange of the supply chain management system.
