Abstract :
A photosensitive binder photopolymer was studied and the holographic gratings were fabricated in film samples by two optical beams interference method. The dynamic development of the gratings had been studied. Post-processing technique, such as UV post-irradiation and heat treatment, was used to improve the grating resolution and fix the microstructure that was confirmed by the AFM image.
