Abstract :
The Internet has changed the enterprise management model extremely. Under the China´s automobile industry development, the traditional supply chain management (SCM) cannot become accustomed to the requirement under the new electronic commerce. The E-business supply chain management (ESCM) solution based on the Internet in the automobile marketing has been widely applied in the automobile industry. In the paper, firstly compare the differences between the traditional SCM and ESCM. Then provide ESCM Solutions for the Automobile Marketing Industry. Moreover, present the integrated management systems from Order Planning to Sales in automobile industry in detail.
