Abstract :
The traditional DRM use the Digital Content License to bind the digital content, that can protect the Content Issuers (CI) interests well, but when users want to share the content with their family, or friends, the Digital Content License must be reissued, so it is not convenient to the users, with the development of digital technology, that issue is more outstanding. Open Mobile Architecture (OMA) puts forward the concept of Domain for the digital content sharing, in recent years, many research focused on this subject, but they have some problems in function. In this paper, we will design a new Domain management system. Compared to other systems, it improves in security and efficiency, and is more practical in our daily life.
