Abstract :
NC verification is an important part in NC machining simulation system. The paper introduced several mainly used algorithms of NC verification and analyzed the necessity of NC verification. On the basis of the introduction of improved Voxel modeling method, data structure of improved Voxel model was proposed. NC verification realized by this method, and at the same time explained how to obtain the discrete points and the exact steps to achieve NC verification in this paper. Simulation results and error diagram represented to show the feasibility of the method.
