Abstract :
On generally considering the uncertainties of the evacuation request unreliable, the constant change process of disaster and the personnel complex behavior as well as the high cost of model´s infeasibility, the dynamic model of transportation network in emergency evacuation is built. It is proved that the emergency evacuation management is a typically uncertainty optimization problems through an example, which provide the foundation for further model optimization algorithms.
