Abstract :
The mathematical of the multi-level rod pumping system is analyzed. The Algorithm model based on the pump dynamometers and the implementation method based on the microcontroller are proposed The system controls intelligently the Pumping unit according to the actual work state, and achieves the energy saving purpose. The testing data of the field shows that the system significantly improves the pumping efficiency of the system, and reduces the energy consumption of one ton of liquid produced.
