Abstract :
Aiming at load simulating problem of the thrust vector control (TVC) system in launch vehicles, multiple DOF property of the servo control mechanism is analyzed. A new load simulator structure and its mathematical model are presented considering inertia load, elastic load, and fricative load, etc. The influence of main parameters on system´s dynamic performance is analyzed by simulation. Simulation verify the feasibility of this load simulator structure, which will lay a foundation for developing load simulators of heavy launch vehicles´ servo systems.
