Abstract :
More and more resources are becoming available to users as the techniques of distributed systems are being developed. How to manage these resources may be a key to offering the users all the potentials of a distributed system. The paper proposes an approach to not only managing the resources but also providing a platform for users to develop their applications with the available resources
