Abstract :
A command converter based on maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of a solar array was realised and tested for adapting the different connection elements of a photovoltaic system. In order to effectively analyse this command, we propose a new approach of modelling MPPT converters. The modelling method uses a hybrid delay Petri net. It integrates two types of Petri net: a continuous delay Petri net modelling the continuous converter MPPT and a classic Petri net modelling the discrete part. The model thus realised is used for the simulation and ordering of the converter, thus ensuring the optimal operation of the photovoltaic system.
