Abstract

In response to economic globalization and improved information technique, traditional enterprise is moving towards a form of strategic network known as virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprise is a new type of organization which is dynamic and temporary. Firstly, the paper analyzes the background virtual enterprise comes into being. The necessity of risk evaluation for virtual enterprise is also discussed. Secondly, the indicator system of risk evaluation for virtual enterprise is made up. Then, the paper details the risk evaluation course for virtual enterprise on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive method. At last, a numerical study is designed to explain the feasibility of risk evaluation method for virtual enterprise proposed in this paper.
