Abstract :
In civil aviation, high capacity variable frequency (VF) generation has a wide application trend, and the power feeder design for VF generation associated with the power quality becomes more and more critical. This paper presents some challenges based on theoretical analysis and consideration of feeder impedance, operation environment, spatial layout, enhancing power quality and optimizing weight and etc. Impedance behaviors affected by several factors are necessary for the analysis of system transient and steady-state behavior.
