Abstract
This paper is dedicated to the design, simulation and construction of a probe to measure NIR power density affecting human tissues, and thus, how to extract data needed to compare them with values set by WHO (World Health Organization) and other international organizations. Thus, specifying whether transmission systems are within the ranges of damaging power. This research was conducted as part of a thesis within the framework of PID 0014/2007 project, being conducted by the Communications group of the Faculty of Engineering of the Comahue National University.
