Abstract :
In this work we propose a novel algorithm to combat. We propose a novel transmission scheme, which divides a MPSK constellation into two labeled constellations to transmit one bit more information without requiring any additional system resource (power or bandwidth) by using orthogonal space-time block code (STBC). These two labeled constellations represent the information of this additional bit. An overall coding gain (OCG) is also defined in this letter to select two constellations from an alphabet by maximizing OCG. The maximum likelihood (ML) decoding algorithm is considered in this work with low complexity with O(2(n/2)N +1).
