Abstract :
In this paper, we set forth the concept and the constitution of intellectual capital in detail;Then, we put forward a comprehensive evaluation system for intellectual capital and use BP ANN analysis to comprehensively evaluate the intellectual capital around the Zhejiang province . Use cluster analysis method to analysis the actual situation of intellectual capital around Zhejiang province .Finally, we make policy recommendation.
