Abstract :
This paper mainly analyzes the main models of E-business , discusses the current situations of E-business, and on the basis of the present situations of E-business, put forward a new operation model B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer). Based on this model, some typical cases are given, so that present e-business enterprises can be enlightened. At last, a sum-up and prospect for e-business is given.
