Abstract
This paper analyses the e-commerce development characteristics of Chinese foreign trade with SWOT analysis, and indicates the advantages and disadvantages of the foreign trade e-commerce. It also finds and determines its external opportunities and challenges, in order to facilitating the e-commerce advantages of China´s foreign trade, cope with various challenges and seize the opportunities in the 21st century, making foreign trade to achieve long-term sustainable development.
