Abstract :
The error amplifier for PWM controller is designed. The amplifier has high open loop gain and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The circuit is simulated by CADENCE Spectre, and layout is done based on the process flow and layout levels of bipolar 45V process provided by HUAYUE Microelectronics Company. The test results proved that the error amplifier present in this paper meet the design requirements.
