Abstract :
Though there can be many possible related issues in an LO-free down conversion, how to get the maximum IF output power would be the basic issue. By analyzing an LO-free down converter, the effect of load mismatch to the IF output power will be shown under the given system configurations for nonlinear device, bias condition, and input RF frequency spectrum.
