  • Abstract
    The loss of mobile devices complicates mobile devices security. Although recent efforts have shed light on particular security issues, this paper seeks to better understand data loss protection for Windows-based mobile devices by studying the Microsoft minifilter and Windows file system.We present our current results in analyzing the problem of data type specific encryption caused by Windows file system . Our result are not limited to mobile devices, they are also applicable to Windows-based system.
