Abstract :
A steganographic algorithm for JPEG2000 image is introduced which substitutes secret massages for the codes of high frequency subbands of wavelet fields based on the encoding character of JPEG2000. Because the secret messages are directly embedded into the packages which are the smallest cells of the compressed code streams, retrieval of messages need not partly decompress stego-image. Comparing to other steganographic algorithms, it has the characters of transparency, large capacity and low computation complexity.
