Recent research activities at APRI-GIST in Korea

Abstract :
Recently we finished construction of a new research building for the Ultrashort Quantum Beam Facility (UQBF) at APRI-GIST, which will deliver PW-level high-power laser beams in the future. The existing 100-TW laser system was already moved to the new research building and it is under operation now. In this paper, current status of UQBF and some recent research activities are introduced.
